Most software firms pick a side. Either they ship products and live behind a pricing page, or they take on client work and bill by the hour. Mariyano was set up to do both, on purpose, because the two halves make each other better.

What we are

Mariyano is a parent company that builds and operates its own software products, and also takes on custom B2B development and IT consulting. One delivery team works across both, under two legal entities: Mariyano Technologies Pvt Ltd in Chennai, India, and Mariyano LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming.

The point is not to be a generalist. It is to run a real product practice and a real services practice in the same building, so the standards from one carry into the other.

The products

We maintain four products, each aimed at a clear job rather than a category:

  • Zipflow, a no-code builder for custom workflow apps, with native mobile, used for field service, inspections, onboarding, asset tracking, and approvals.
  • YokoCart, a modern commerce platform for teams that want control over how they sell.
  • UltraBI, AI-assisted business intelligence that connects to your data sources and produces reports and dashboards.
  • Fezo, an enterprise platform for workflow and operations at scale.

Running these means we live with the decisions we make. We feel the cost of a bad schema, a slow query, or an API that is awkward to integrate, because we are the ones maintaining it next quarter.

Why that matters for consulting

When you hire a services firm, you are usually buying a one-time build. When you hire a firm that also ships products, you are buying the habits that come with ownership: versioned APIs, sensible data models, monitoring that someone actually reads, and code written to be maintained rather than handed off and forgotten.

That is the standard we bring to custom B2B applications. The brief might be a bespoke internal tool, an integration between systems that were never meant to talk, or a platform a client will run for years. We treat it the way we treat our own products, because we know what the alternative costs.

How the two halves connect

The products inform the consulting, and the consulting informs the products. Patterns we see across client work shape what we build into Zipflow or UltraBI. Components and infrastructure proven in our products make client delivery faster and steadier. Neither side is a side project.

If you have a problem that needs product-grade engineering, whether that is adopting one of our products or building something specific to your business, we would like to hear about it. Start a conversation at /contact/ or read more about what we do at /services/.
