Mariyano Technologies provides custom software development, consulting, and technology services. The specific scope, timelines, and commercial terms for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement entered into between the Company and the Client.
We reserve the right to decline any project or discontinue services at our discretion, provided we fulfil our obligations under any active agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used by the Company remain the exclusive property of Mariyano Technologies. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the Deliverables created specifically for them.
Custom code, designs, and other Deliverables developed by the Company for a specific Client may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties without the Company's express prior written consent. Violation of this clause may result in termination of the licence and legal action.
The Company name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Mariyano Technologies. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. Each party will use the other's confidential information solely for the purposes of the engagement and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any Deliverables.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the three months preceding the claim.
The Company warrants that it will perform services with reasonable skill and care, and that Deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Beyond this, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes involving our US entity (Mariyano LLC) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
