This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and service engagements with Mariyano Technologies Pvt Ltd and Mariyano LLC. We have designed our processes to give clients full visibility and control at every stage, ensuring you only pay for work you are satisfied with.
Purchases of digital products — including software licences, templates, reports, and other downloadable items — are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and the product has been delivered or made accessible. This policy exists because digital products are immediately consumable and cannot be "returned" in the way physical goods can.
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your product and believe you received something other than what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
All custom software development and consulting engagements at Mariyano are highly tailored to the specific requirements of each client. Because work is bespoke and begins immediately upon project kick-off, refunds are not available for work already completed and delivered.

If you encounter any difficulty accessing, receiving, or downloading a product or deliverable, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will prioritise resolving delivery issues and will re-deliver or provide alternative access at no additional charge.
If you believe a charge was made in error or a deliverable did not meet the agreed specification, please raise the issue with us in writing within 14 days of the relevant delivery or charge. We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days through good-faith discussion.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, the matter will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
